eClients Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the eClients mobile app (for iPhone, iPad and Android) collects, why it collects it, and who can see it. eClients is a sales and ordering app for Azersun sales representatives and Azersun's business customers. It can be used only with an account issued by an Azersun company. You cannot create an account in the app.
Who is responsible for your data
The app is used by several Azersun companies, and each one runs its own server. The company responsible for your data (the "data controller") is the Azersun company that issued your account, for example the company you work for or the company you buy from:

What we collect and why

The app does not track your location in the background, and it does not use your location when the app is closed. You can refuse or withdraw location and camera access at any time in your device's settings. The functions that need them will then not work, but the rest of the app will.
What we do not do
- We do not show advertising in the app.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- The app has no third-party analytics or advertising software.
- If you unlock the app with Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint, your device's operating system checks it. The app only learns whether the check succeeded and never receives your biometric data.
Where your information is stored
- On the company's server. Information you send is stored on the server of the Azersun company that issued your account.
- On your device. So that you can work without a signal, the app keeps the customer list, route, product catalog and your unsent work on the device. Your sign-in token is kept in the device's secure storage: the Keychain on iOS and encrypted storage on Android. This information is deleted from the device when you sign out.
Who we share it with
- Within the Azersun company that issued your account, with the staff who need it for sales, finance and customer service.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, which delivers push notifications. It receives the notification token and the notification content, and nothing else from the app. On iPhone and iPad, notifications are delivered through Apple's push notification service.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Business records such as orders, payments and visits are kept for as long as the Azersun company that issued your account needs them for its business and to meet its accounting and tax obligations. Information stored on your device is deleted when you sign out.
Your choices and rights
- You can turn off location, camera and notification access at any time in your device's settings.
- You can delete your assistant conversations in the app.
- Depending on the law where you live, you may have the right to see the information held about you, have it corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. To do this, or to close your account and have its data deleted, contact the office in your country (see Contact below). Records that the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, may be kept for the legally required period.
Children
eClients is a business app for sales staff and business customers. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
